I am a St. Louis native who now calls St. Charles home. I began in the advertising specialties industry in a sales support capacity back in the late '90s. Even then, I thoroughly enjoyed the world of promotional products. I remember attending my first supplier exhibition and being in awe of the breadth of products offered.

I eventually discovered my love of sales while working within another industry, but I remembered the days of promotional products fondly. When the opportunity arose to join Universal Creative Concepts in 2014 as a sales consultant, I was eager to pursue my love of sales within this great industry.

I provide consultative sales of promotional products to corporations, local small businesses, health organizations, educational establishments, and other organizations on both a local and nationwide basis.

I enjoy the challenge of working with my clients to help build successful marketing campaigns and employee recognition programs which utilize promotional products. Our industry is constantly changing and evolving, and I am excited by the new products and processes I can introduce to my customers.

I strive to provide all my clients with professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service, as well as competitive pricing. I look forward to working with you on your next project. Thank you!

Karyn Brown-Harris is a seasoned brand marketer and has spent the majority of her career in business development by helping Fortune 100 companies promote their brands. With more than 15 years of experience, she has conducted field research studies and focus groups with women, kids, moms and pediatric medical specialists to lead product development teams at Fisher Price Toys and the Marketing Store. She also led client teams to sell and deliver syndicated insights at Information Resources. Prior to joining Universal Creative Concepts, Karyn worked as a VP, Strategic Client Development at MARU/Matchbox and C Space focusing mainly on selling qualitative MROC's to large CPG clients. Karyn received a B.A. in Sociology from Northwestern University and a M.B.A in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
